This class is open to all. It does update your CISR designation if you have one. 

William T Hold Seminars give us the opportunity to dig deeper into coverages that you briefly touched on in the CISR program. 

This course will focus on Commercial Property Concepts Every Agent Should Understand.

There are certain things every insurance producer should understand before writing commercial property coverage for a client. What are the various types of valuation that can be used, and how does each work in a claim situation? How do our policies handle debris removal, and why is this such an important issue? Why is Ordinance or Law something that should be addressed for every building, not just old ones? What does it mean for a property to be vacant, and what effect does vacancy have on coverage? How do we address the common exposures of tenants who may be responsible for damage done to their rented space or who have favorable leases? Lastly, how can we help our clients come up with a business income limit that meets their needs

This seminar is NOT one of the classes required to earn your CISR designation.

This is a live, virtual seminar. No exam is required for CE credit or for your CISR update. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund for cancellations within 10 business days of a class. Changes made within 10 business days of the class will incur a $45 processing fee. Substitutions are permitted with prior written notification. You must complete the program in its entirety. Refunds will not be granted due to partial attendance. If you do not attend, and do not notify IIABSC 24 hours prior to the seminar, you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee and will not receive a refund. If you experience technical difficulties during the class and cannot complete it, IIABSC will transfer your registration fee to another CISR Live webinar, but no refund will be issued. All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing.
