In the CIC Personal Lines course, you will cover topics related to Personal Residential and Personal Auto, including policy coverages, limitations, and exclusions. Through the use of examples of Personal Umbrella or Excess Policies, you will learn how to respond in the event of a loss. Topics covered include:

Institute Schedule:
Registration: Wednesday 7:30am - 8:00am
Wednesday - 8:00am - 5:15pm
Thursday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday Exam - 9:00am - 11:00am (Optional)

BE ON TIME! Class begins promptly as scheduled with registration from 7:30am - 8:00am. Please remember that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late after the class begins, you WILL NOT receive CE credit.

**HOTEL INFO**: You are responsible for your own overnight accommodations. Overnight accommodations are NOT included in the institute registration fee. Room rate at the Doubletree Resort is $124 until 2/6/20 OR until room block is full - whichever occurs FIRST. INSTITUTE CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or transfer within 10 business days of institute will incur a $125 processing fee. Other changes made within 30 days of institute will incur a $75 processing fee. If registrant does not attend and does not inform IIABSC prior to the seminar there will be no refund! ALL CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING. IIABSC gladly complies with Title III of ADA
