Errors and omissions by an insurance producer can be extremely costly and damaging to an agency’s reputation. The Commercial Liability Coverage Gaps and How to Fill Them seminar is designed to help insurance agents and brokers prevent many types of errors and omissions claims involving commercial liability insurance. While all E&O losses cannot be prevented, the agent follows the guidelines from this seminar will be less likely to be charged with an error or omission and be better able to defend himself or herself against these allegations.

This course can be used to satisfy the requirement for an agency's 10% E&O Loss Control credit. It also provides 6 hours of P&C CE.

You will be sent the link tomorrow July 20th. Reminder this will have polling questions. You have to take both parts to qualify for CE. 
 

Don’t be Late Even though this is a virtual seminar, your arrival time is logged. If you do not arrive on time, you could risk losing CE credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund for cancellations within 10 business days of a class. Changes made within 10 business days of the class will incur a $35 processing fee. Substitutions are permitted with prior written notification. If you do not attend, and do not notify IIABSC 24 hours prior to the seminar, you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee and will not receive a refund. All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing
